With a fixed fee of £690* we will on your behalf:

  • Get to know your requirements, and then prepare a job description and post Social Media Adverts (Facebook, LinkedIn & Instagram) to search for candidates just right for you.
  • Suitable candidates will then be shortlisted, and we will arrange and conduct the interviews via Telephone/Zoom.
  • The best candidates (up to 3) will be selected by us, but the final decision will always be yours. It is your business after all, that is why you will conduct the face-to-face Final Interviews.
  • Once you have made your choice, and the candidate has accepted, we will then conduct a thorough Background Check.
  • We are confident that we will choose the right candidate ‘first time’ however we do offer a 4 Week Candidate Replacement to give you peace of mind.
  • Finally, we ask as standard, for a 50% deposit – with the balance only taken on completion.
